GWAVA - Missing .jar resources

Hi all,

 

I am currently trying enable the use of GWAVA, but the webStartPlotter.jnlp fails with the error message: Unable to load resource: http://hluu3100h.lundbeck.com:8080/gwava/lib/log4j-api-2.4.5.jar

 

When opening the webStartPlotter.jnlp (in a text editor) I notice that other files jdom-2.0.6.jar and log4j-core-2.4.5.jar are not present in my /gwava/lib/ folder.

 

In trying to circumvent this problem, I (naively) found and copied newer versions of these files to my /gwava/lib/ folder, but alas, no luck. Now the error message (to be expected) revolves around these .jar files being unsigned.

 

Any help on this problem will be greatly appreciated,

Hi Mons,

Please have a look at https://github.com/thehyve/GWAVA repository. There are a few fixes for GWAVA, including the missing libraries. A README included there may also be helpful for you. 

This repository relates to tranSMART 2017 release, but should also work with 16.2 version.
