ETL Kettle scripts missing in 16.2 Installation?

Hi,
I'm trying to install 16.2 using the step by step instructions
but the ETL Kettle/spoon etc. scripts seem to be missing after I have finished the install!
Anyone got any ideas?

Hi Patrick,
The scripts should install tranSMART-ETL under transmart-data/env
The script location should be added to transmart-data/vars so when you source this file it should define the kettle directories.
You can then use "make -C samples/postgres" to load studies.
