Language Translation

Dear tranSMART Developers:

    I am a new user to the tranSMART system and I've set it up using the Virtual Machine method as instructed by the tranSMART Wiki. Is there any method to translate web pages of the system into other language? I cannot find any instruction on how to do so on the wiki/github/google group. The only thing that I can find relating to translation is the transmartApp/web-app/js/ext/build/locale/ folder on the transmartAPP github repository, but I'm not certain if this is a feasible way since I'm not familiar with either ExtJS or Groovy.
