tranSMART stores all of its logins within the SEARCH_AUTH_USER table within the SEARCHAPP schema. I forget what the default password may be.. Did you try admin/admin? I would also double check that your installation is using the correct Configuration file. Did you try setting the autologin username to guest and enabling the auto login?

I have modified the Config.groovy as Terry mentioned to change from 'guest' to 'admin' and set the flag of guest auto login to true but did not work after restarting tomcat.

Do I have to contact some specific people to obtain one?
