I've been getting server errors for the past few days. I've seen this across different networks, using different agencies and different api versions. This error seems to happen around 50% of the time a request is made.

API call hangs for about ~30 seconds and then returns a 500 error

Thanks for bringing this error to our attention. I've confirmed the issue and put a fix in place. Please me know if you start receiving errors again.
