Using Transloc's API and ESRI's API for Web Application

Does anyone have any experience using the Transloc API with ESRI's JavaScript API? I created a web application using ESRI's API and HTML and I would like to add Transloc routes and real-time data to the application. Any ideas about how I could accomplish this? Thank you.
