Our new RapidBus routes launched on Jan. 6, 2020. With this new service, customers need to search for the letter "R" along with a route number to find their route (e.g., R5).
In testing we discovered that some third-party apps are not refreshing to allow for RapidBus routes to be appropriately searched (e.g. “R” value is missing or unavailable in previously downloaded app versions). All third-party apps pulling our GTFS feed should direct users on how to update your app to ensure that the up-to-date feeds and functionality are available.
