Hi Developers,

Please be advised that there is a scheduled BCRTC Expo and Millennium Line strike scheduled for Tuesday, December 10; Wednesday, December 11 and Thursday, December 12. TransLink is advising all third-party apps to issue the below warning alert if Open Data/GTFS is being consumed.

Alert message to your customers for Tuesday, December 10; Wednesday, December 11 and Thursday, December 12:

"Due to job action, the Expo and Millennium Lines will not be operating on Tuesday, December 10; Wednesday, December 11 and Thursday, December 12. Trip planning data will continue to offer these lines as travel options, so where available please either remove SkyTrain from the options, or prioritize bus, West Coast Express or SeaBus.

Please plan extra travel time. View alternative travel options at translink.ca/stayinformed"

Hi Developers,

We’re pleased to share BC Rapid Transit Company and CUPE 7000 have reached a negotiated, tentative agreement. Customers should expect delays while BCRTC works towards providing regular schedules on the Expo and Millennium Lines today, December 10, 2019.
