Literary Translingualism (Translingual Writing)

An intellectual community devoted to the study of literature written in a second language. What happens when an author - be it Conrad, Beckett, Nabokov, Brodsky, Rilke, Celan or Kundera - writes in a language other than his or her 'mother tongue'? Can there be a theory of translingualism?
