the Translate doesn't work totally?

I just tried couple of days, it seesm the add-on doesn't work, it is any thing wrong with mine?

The add-on should be working.

Please, focus on any cell then try choosing "Translate selection" from the "Extensions >  Translate" menu. Kindly tell me if it translated the selected range and applied the translated values to the next column.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing the screenshots. For me it worked on your spreadsheet too. Please see the video and make sure you are following all the steps. In particular, please make sure to click "Translate selection" again after you select languages.

If it still doesn't work, I will have to ask you to uninstall and re-install the add-on, then follow the same steps again.

Do you maybe have multiple browser tabs / windows open with different accounts logged in?

Or there might be ownership problem. Is your account part of an organization or an individual Google account?

Dear Tigran

I resolved my issue now.  I think  it doesn't due to I used multiple account as we only have used to be a single account. Yes, it is the business google account created by a service provider.  I performed the following and it works after (need to do on each google spreadsheet I created):

1. Open an incognito browser i Chrome.  Perform once the steps required (disable auto translate, choose language, etc)

2. Perform once the "translate" on a cell.

3.  Go. back to another normal browser in chrome, then translate works!!

Thank you for sharing this info, Walter. I can't figure out the reason of this strange behavior. But I hope if there are other users facing the same problem, this information will help them.
