Trial Period Quota Exceeded Despite Having A Pro Account

The add-in won't let me use it despite having a pro account stating that trial period quota exceeded! my account didn't get charged yet on paypal but I want to use the add-in and I want it to work for me I don't mind being charged now.

Hello,

I have deactivated the PRO membership for your account, so you can purchase the full version without waiting for the trial period to end.

I have to warn you however, that the full version, even though it has a higher usage limit, still has one (at this moment it is 4 times higher than for the trial). The limit is in place since I am paying Google based on the number of characters used. I am gathering usage statistics to see how I can improve the add-on and make the quota high enough to satisfy as many users as possible not causing financial losses for me at the same time. As for now, if you are planning to use millions of characters per month, Translate might not be an option for you.

I can see that you used a big portion of your PRO plan allowance, but there is still some left. So, you should be able to use it without the warning.

Could you please share the full text of the message? A screenshot would be good.
