Hi all,

I think it would be great to schedule in a meeting.

Apologies but unfortunately I can't make Wednesday 18th July but hope to be at the next one.

Can I suggest that at this meeting you all book in at least the next 3?

Best wishes,
Melissa

    Hello

Thanks Ben. There isn't currently a meeting scheduled so can I suggest
Wednesday 18th July at 7.30pm? Does this sound OK to everyone interested in
    attending?

When I first suggested this date, I hadn't realised that it was the same as the LA21 meeting. Only 2 people have said they can make it (and that includes me!). So can I suggest Thursday 19th instead?
