Subject: Opportunity to lease greenhouses

Hello Everyone – I received a call from someone whose family is in the process of purchasing a 1 acre lot which has existing greenhouses (he thinks they are polyhouses) on the lot.  The new purchasers do not have an agricultural background, but would be interested in leasing the greenhouses to someone who could generate at least $10,000 in farm income so that the property could get farm status from BC Assessment.  The property is in the vicinity of No. 5 Road and Blundell Road.
