Spring is finally on its way, as the weather become warmer, it is time to do some outdoor activities like biking or hiking, or check out the local markets in the region. Spring is also an good time to plan and start gardening, and lots of community events on that happening.Our climate change adaptation toolkit was officially launched last week. It was pretty success event with lots of good sharing stories from the panel and audiences. Thanks so much for everyone who came. If you haven’t yet, please check it at toolkit.transitionKW.com or pick up one from your local public library.April as spring finally come, we have quite some events for you to get involve as well as lots of community event, so check out some of them as well.

We are looking for people able to organize the work crew to build the new site as well as to manage the Community Garden once is finished. No previous experience with Community Gardens is required as we will have the assistance of experienced mentors and gardeners.
