    Onomatopoeia:
"My eagle talons STAY sharpened,  like city light stay throbbin"
Throbbin is an example of onomatopoeia because it represent the sound of strong and constant beats, just like the heart of the city.
    Consonance:

    Mr.L

    Consonance:

People was tusslin', arguin' and bustlin'
    Gangstas of Gotham hardcore hustlin'

This ain't no time where the usual is suitable

Tonight alive, let's describe the inscrutable

My narrative, rose to explain this existence
Amidst the harbor lights which remain in the distance

So much on my mind that I cant recline
Blastin' holes in the night till she bled sunshine
Breathe in, inhale vapors from bright stars that shine
Breathe out, weed smoke retrace the skyline

Consonance is the repetition of final consonant sounds in nearby words that do not fully rhyme. Such as recline and sunshine, they both end at "i" sound, or existence and distance, they both end at "ce" sound.

"Yeah, yeah, it was a whole car and shit..."

Taken them plungers, plungin' to death thats painted by the numbers

Yo...on the amen, corner I stood lookin' at my former hood

Tried to call, or at least beep the lord, but didn't have a touch-tone

Onomatopoeia is the creation or use of words that sound like the items or actions they name or refer to. Such as the word "yeah" it is a sound that we can not really describe it.

    CONSONANCE

''It's a paradox we call reality so keeping it real will make you casualty of abnormal normality.''
     - This excerpt meets the criteria for Consonance because the end of the words are repetition of each other.

''It's deep, I heard the city breathe in its sleep. Of reality I touch, but for me it's hard to keep.''
-This excerpt has 2 Consonance in it, and they both consonance because the end of the words are repetition of the other.

''My blood pressure boiled and rose, cause New York niggaz actin spoiled at shows, to the winners the spoils go.''
-This excerpt is also a Consonance because of the same reason.

    ONOMATOPOEIA
''Skyscrapers is colossus, the cost of living is preposterous, stay alive, you play or die, no options.''
-I think those sentences are onomatopoeia because the way how person syllables and  the way they say it change the meaning and the representation of the word.
