Hi all,

Because there is no real bakery in Wolverton/New Bradwell I would like
to share my baking skills with our community. This is good news for
all you with a sweet tooth!

I inherited my passion for baking from my mother and grandmothers. As
a child I would watch their skilled hands with amazement and was the
most diligent volunteer when it came to clean up the bowl, whiskers
and spoons!

I like to bake cakes that are full of flavour and not so sweet. And
most of them cannot deny their German origin. I use local, organic and
fair-trade products wherever possible. You will find only the most
natural ingredients in my cakes, no additives! Please let me know, if
you have any dietary requirements or special requests. I can modify
the recipes accordingly. I own a Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety
and Hygiene.
