I received this email about the Radcliffe development which looks like
it is ramping back up and as we are all local 'stakeholders' I thought
you might like to attend.

Meeting at Radcliffe School on Wednesday 10th June, 6pm

I am forwarding the invite below to those on Wolverton Steering Group
and Wolverton Un Limited board and other local "stakeholders" who may be
interested (who have not already had invites directly).

The meeting has been called by Rogerio Antunes, the Radcliffe Initiative
Programme Director appointed by Milton Keynes Council to draw things
together following the collapse of the land sale to Lagan Homes.

This meeting is to discuss with a wider audience, prior to any public
consultation once more firm proposals are available of what can and
cannot be done.

It would be helpful if you could let me know if you will be attending.

School Hall (Aylesbury Street West, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5BT)
on Wednesday 10 June from 6pm.

We would like to brief you on progress to date and inform you of the
likely direction of travel.

The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session with
representatives from the following organisations:

§ Milton Keynes Council – representatives from Children & Young People
Services, Leisure Services and Estates Services

§ Wolverton & Watling Way Swimming Pools Leisure Trust

§ Primary Care Trust

§ LIFT Co (organisation responsible for delivering health centre building)

§ Milton Keynes Council Councillors (Cabinet & local Ward
Councillors)

§ Councillors from local Parish and Town Councils including
Wolverton & Greenleys and Stony Stratford

Hi,

Did anyone go to this meeting and report back what was discussed? I
wasn't able to make it. I heard a rumour that they were thinking of
leaving the existing pool site and covering over the largest pool. Is
there any truth in this?

Thanks to Ikea we've got quite a lot of flatpack cardboard we need to get out the house! Anyone want some? Ideal for crafts, or allotments...

(also white polystyrene packing sheets)
