I will be putting together the December newsletter sometime this
week. Therefore, if there are any transition-related events that you
know of coming up in December please let me know and I can include

The 2011 Acres U.S.A. Conference and Trade Show is in Columbus, Ohio
Dec 8-10. Mom, Tom and I were considering going, but the free housing
opportunity fell through. We agreed to wait and hope that this
outstanding conference returns to the East Coast before too long. I'd
love to have you post it in the newsletter just so people know about
it. Can you add a link to Acresusa.com? They've been doing really
great stuff for 40 years.

Customer Appreciation Week at Sonnewald continues until Saturday, Dec
3. We're holding a variety of free workshops and demos along with door
prizes and other fun stuff. (Diana, one of our team members,here at
the store, did a fermented foods workshop yesterday which included raw
sauerkraut). Sonnewald.org for details.

$20,000 last year. I'm thinking Buy Fresh Buy Local (BFBL) or other

I think posting them on the google group enriches us all. Since the newsletter seems at this point to leave out some of what is offered, putting it on the group insures that we see it even it doesn't make it into the newsletter.
