I think this is the court document which has a record of the evidence given under oath.  I think it is worth reading.  I notice that multiple times ICE states they are recording video evidence, but they do not actually present any in court.  Even when they have arrested someone, brought them into detention, and then released them.  Often with no paperwork.  They cannot arrest someone without probable cause.

Linked from here:

It reminds me of the history of the US revolution event called the Boston Massacre.  The British Army was stationed in Boston as a show of force to repress the American Colonists.  Colonists were insulting and throwing snowballs at the troops.  The troops opened fire on the snowball throwers killing three instantly.  They are recorded as the first casualties of the revolution.

Snowballs against muskets.  Whistles against guns.

This is exactly why the constitution has the bill of rights attached.  So the government does not use these actions against civilians.  Specifically a standing army.

Jon,
one correction. They cannot stop or detain anyone, citizen or otherwise, without probable cause. The so called "Kavenaugh Stop" they are using for probable cause is straight up racial profiling and unconstitutional. They are not cops and have no jurisdiction to arrest any citizen and that is probably why they are not documenting any of the unlawful detentions. No paperwork, never happened.

Now they have consistently violated the constitution and ignored other court orders, and our MN leadership doesn't seem to have the appetite to actually do anything other than give speeches, basically stating we are on our own. I have little faith that this court order will be followed or that the terrorist agents won't find a way to escalate a situation to justify their actions.
