Good morning, and Happy New Beginnings & Springtime to you!
With good springtime energy, I wanted to reach out and share some news with you about an upcoming online permaculture design course which I'm really excited about. It is being taught by 40 permaculture teachers! I'm working to invite folks in various Michigan regions specifically, so that I can help organize meetups and discussion groups, making certain to have real-time and face-to-face experiences along with the convenience of doing the online coursework over a year-long span of time.
You could take this permaculture design course with me! I just signed up.That's right, I'm taking the whole 114 hr course, including the 3 hrs which I teach, because I want to learn from 40 amazing women from all over the globe(photo below). I especially want the extra training in social and emotional permaculture, and cultural transformation. There are still a few early bird spots left with lower pricing.
I'm pleased to see that the curriculum outline and certification in this online course is through PINA! Early bird pricing continues through the end of April or until the final 20 slots are filled.
Can you please, please and please help me make the announcements to your networks? I'm SO excited to be taking the course and also sharing a module as one of the 40 teachers, called Working with Children and Youth!
A Summertime PDC in our West Michigan Region Please do check your calendar, we have another offer for a residential PDC this summer, July 8th-21st. I'm happy to be assisting, with Rhonda Baird, Peter Bane, and Keith D. Johnson, as the course instructors. That info can be found here.
Want to eat healthy, organically grown food or even join us as a work-share member in a great little and very O'k CSA Cooperative this summer? We would like to grow our food-growing and loving community a little and offering a dozen more memberships. Check out the details on our website at O'k CSA Cooperative or on our Facebook page here.
