Hello Good Friends and Neighbors!

Happy Snow Day, Happy Solstice and Merry Everything! 

Snowflakes trigger lotsa' good memories for me.  Last night was a perfect little Friday gift of a day, when some of the magical excitement and nourishment of from my childhood came streaming back---or drifting down, when it started snowing. I was cozy in my comfy Grandma Crider chair w. my little friend watching the animated story "The Snowman", and when she said her goodbyes I took a snowflake walk around the neighborhood. What a beautiful evening!

I know this will mean a little more difficulty for us driving around and coming and going--but I do love the beauty of a blanket of snow.  And maybe this year more than others----it's been practically balmy up here!

I'm sending out a reminder and inviting you to stop by my "Crafty Fair" if you are in the TC neighborhood of Oak and Second Streets today, between 10 and 4 pm.

I call this annual "Crafty Fair" studio sale my attempt to seriously address my continued art-farmer efforts of "Art for Living", as it will help fund my continued work in my studio (producing art and curriculum for publication and my permaculture teaching and an upcoming Traverse City Permaculture Design Course.) and in the garden-farms (so I can keep tweaking and designing our O'k CSA Cooperative system and put time into developing MORE garden-farm sites in TC.)

This year, my sister Clarice has joined me with sharing her wild and wooly love of knitting. SO in addition to a selection of my
"We are what we eat" paintings, illustrations and designs on aprons, greeting cards---and a few lovely items from our garden-farms---like healing salve, Kootie-Buster Tea and beeswax candles, we are also featuring her lovely knitted goods---scarves, mitts, hats and even dish cloths (the best kind ever).

ALSO, taking orders for "Year of Monkey Yoga 2016" 13-Month calendar A mid-western version of the Chinese New Year calendar, which will be printed once I've received X number of orders, @ $20 per calendar.

Many garden-farming-artist thanks for your time and consideration and all the support you've given me and O'k CSA and Little Artshram.  Very much appreciated.
