So...

On an amusing note, I send the Transition SFV link out as part of a resume for a job and then this pops up.

Hm.

Can't pay for it at the moment.  Suggestions? (or actions?)

Amused and hanging in there.

I'm not quite sure I understand - I've been paying a $7 charge for
months (through a Paypal account) to Acorn, which I thought was our
domain host. Who is Dynadot? Do they own Acorn? And if so, why aren't
they simply continuing that arrangement? And do we lease both
transionsfv dot com and transitionsfv dot org?

So, here's how it works (and it's quite a racket). You pay for 2
things. First for the "domain host" which gives you a place to host all
of your files. Then, for the "domain names" which identify your site as
something other than a set of numbers. The one you were paying for is
monthly; the second once a year. Acorn provides our host, Dynadot the
names.

Yes, we lease dot com, dot org and (I think) dot net.

How would you like us to proceed?

Best

Bill Maxwell
