Dear all
I will transfer the money tomorrow to the account. I can't make the meeting tonight but I can be around on Wednesday at some point to help with distribution. We'll only know delivery time later on and I can only do until 2pm. Please feed this into the meeting.
A reminder about the wholewheat biscuits to whoever wanted to order them, do you want some I have left over as my son has stopped eating them? Was it charles? If so, I will bring them to Rakesh's on wednesday
thanks all
Ceri

    Hi all

I am really sorry, I cant make it to the meeting on Tuesday. That means if the order is confirmed on Wed, there wouldnt be enough time for an online bank transfer for Friday. What bank would the money need to be payed into? If it is a Loyds, Barcleys or Natwest I could pay it in on Friday morning, but am not sure if this still takes time to go through? Or I could give you, Rakesh,  the maximum amount it would cost on Sunday at the course, and
then we can  sort the change out the next Sunday at the course?

I could pick the order up on Wednesday night around 7:30 ( This is the 7th of dec right? if it is the week after unfortunately I will be already gone to germany, so would need to give ordering a miss this time).
I am working during the day, so I am sorry wont be able to help out with the sorting out. I wondered if we could find a system, so not all the workload for the sorting out falls on a few people.
E.g. if we  have the list with the order printed out, each person could sort out their own order when they come to pick it up?
And maybe if each person could take responsibility for bringing containers when things need to be shared, e.g. bottles of oil or containers for lentils etc and will sort their own order out ?

Also being aware that we all have really busy schedules,  I wondered if we should think of a way to make the pick up times more flexible and also arrange it in a way, so Rakesh  doesnt need to be at home to let people in ( which you probably dont mind Rakesh, but I can imagine that it does take a lot of your time. ) I wondered if anybody has  a friend with a shop or so, who wouldnt mind the goods being delivered there and for people to walk in and pick up their orders?
E.g. with the box scheme I am with, they deliver all the bags to a cafe and there is a list with names , which people cross off when they take their bags.. It works really well, as the people signed up to it are responsible and honest..

    Best, Anne

    Hi All

The next order seems to be progressing nicely.

Can I suggest we meet on Tuesday 29th to finalise the order (it is the only evening I have free). We can organise people skype in if they cant come in person. If you can bring money or arrange to pay into the bank by the end of next week, so we can place the order on Friday and have the items on Wednesday.

I will need help to sort the orders, during the day, and all orders must be picked up on Wednesday, as I am leaving for Croatia the following day (have a bus at 3am Thursday morning).

If we don't do it next week, it will have to wait till I get back from Croatia.

    Cheers

    Rakesh

    Hi All ..

Just to clear up the time-line ..

We are meeting at Rakesh's house to finalise the order on Tuesday 29th November evening (7 pm ?)

Flat 51, Whitley House, Churchill Gdns Rd. SW1V 3BJ

We can either pay cash to Rakesh on that day or transfer it into the Co-op's new bank account by Friday 2nd Dec .
(Celie ... [Donna?] The Co-op is paying Infinity by C.O.D. or by bank transfer but Rakesh obviously needs the money in advance of that )

Ricardo ... can you provide the bank-transfer details ?

Rakesh will place the order with Infinity on Friday ... and it will be delivered the following Wednesday 7th December.

I can help Rakesh with receiving and sorting the order and we MUST pickup our orders from mid afternoon till mid evening on that day as Rakesh is going away in the early morning of Thursday.

Can everyone please finalise their orders soon and not leave it till the last minute ?

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ApmRnH1l4XcOdHJHTFdfa3FBRDZrbm9GRWthYk9SUnc#gid=0

There are still quite a few lines "unfullfilled" that need extra buyers to make them viable and we are only just over the £250 minimum order

OK ? ... hope to meet you all on the 29th and/or the 7th .... Charles

PS ... Anne ... another venue might be good ... but it's not like a box scheme were it is allready divided ... the order comes as one big pallet which has to be divided out amongst the members ... which is the main thing that Rakesh needs help with on Wenesday and which you couldn't really do in a cafe or shop (?) ...

allso ... Anne .. it should be fine for you to Pay cash to Rakesh on the Sunday 4th

I am home now, whoever is coming, if you can come between 6:30 and 7pm, so we can get fully into it and complete the process by 8pm.
I changed my flight, so I am now leaving on 12th Dec, not 8th. But pleae do pick things up on Wednesday as I doubt I will be home much after next Wednesday.

Ceri, you can bring the biscuits over and we can have them as snacks while we are sorting :) and people can sample them ad take them if they want (I'm sure they will go quickly).

See you all soon

I have an unopened 5kg bag of short grain organic brown rice that I can't use anymore due to change of nutritionist.  Anyone want it?  Ceri?  I also have an unused large (946ml) bottle of "Braggs" amino acids.  If anyone wants to buy these off me I can bring them tonight?  I will accept the going wholesale rate for the rice: £7.10 and the cheapest Amazon price for the Braggs: £11.51
