We are planning to build a mix of 20-25 custom-designed, owner-occupied flats and houses - with common house and communal gardens close to the city centre on the corner of Sussex Street and Oak Street. We also have five allotments on Valpy Avenue where we can develop a forest garden, grow our own food and socialize.
