Hello All,
I have 6 off 1.4 Kg jars of preserved medlars to give away to anyone who would like to try using them.They were 'bletted' and cooked with some sugar and bottled in sterile jars. There are suggestions on the web of recipies for medlar cheese and other uses.An initial experimental approach would be appropriate.
