    Having seen your Echo letter today I thought you'd enjoy reading and forwarding this.

   You'll know from previous correspondence (15.4.19)  I agree with you on limiting family size.  There is a good deal on this on the Green Party website, although I never did find  anything about it on the Bournemouth Borough Council Website. 

    Here's a happy take on the Time Is Now Climate lobbying event which 15,000+  of us attended. A coach load of us went from Bournemouth last week  but sadly Tobias did not meet us although some constituents did meet Conor Burns.

Decked in giant condom robes, Population Matters and supporters turned heads at the Climate Coalition's The Time is Now mass lobby for climate and the environment in London on 26 June.

Thanks to everyone who joined us on the day. We prompted many laughs and words of support, whilst highlighting the serious need for family planning and women's empowerment to be included in environmental decision-making.

2019 UN population data: small families still make big difference

According to the latest UN data, the world’s population is projected to grow by more than 3 billion people by the end of the century, increasing from the current 7.7 bn to 10.9 bn.

As in previous years, the projections show that small changes in family size translate into a difference of several billion people by the end of the century – just half a child less per couple would see our population peak well before 2100.
