This email is sent to those who took the CGAN case to their local police station in November 2019 and to others with a keen interest in our work. As usual I ask that if you are a leader of a group that acted together, please pass this email to the other members of your team.

Climate Genocide Act Now: Impacts of our work on climate protesters.   

Significant numbers of XR, IB and JSO protesters have used the experience of this group to develop the strength of the case they deploy in their defence in court. Our work has proven we have a corrupt criminal justice system that protects those who kill by causing climate breakdown and prosecutes those protesting to stop the killers.

Second attempt to secure a prosecution by The Met Police

A new Met Commissioner has now taken up office and we have a new Prime Minister. So it is time to make a second attempt at prosecution. On Wednesday 21 September (11am) we will deliver an updated dossier of evidence to the Metropolitan Police with a covering letter to the Commissioner. There will be two attachments (the very helpful open letter issued last week by 170 legal professionals and an annex that details the key piece of legislation we rely on - Article 30 of the Rome statute.
