Local Food Book...?

Hello everyone,

I am sorry for my absence of late, I am in the thick of a number of courses at the moment and am circulating around the counties of Norfolk, Essex, Herts and Oxford with plenty in between, life is full and fruitful but also bursting at the seems! I am reading the emails that are exchanged with support. I would like to put myself into the category of officially unreliable for the next few months - rather than just unexplained and unpredictable unreliability!

I also wonder if any of you have, or know the whereabouts of my "local food" book? I would be really grateful to get this back quite soon as will need it for a session I am doing soon.

If you have it, it could be dropped into the Country Markets stall on the wednesday market or even tomorrows farmers market for the attention of Kate (thorogood)
