Hi All,   You may already know this, but just in case .....   An appeal against the refusal of planning permission for the proposed wind farm at Airfield Farm near Podington (the one featured in Age of Stupid - although down from 9 to only 3 turbines now), is to be considered at a full public inquiry in Bedford from 12th-15th January 2010.   We can email letters in support of the appeal to the Planning Inspector, who has to consider all correspondence before making a decision, via the Nuon Renewables site:   http://www.nuonrenewables.com/newsite/projects/SAPD1/support-this-wind-farm.aspx   and also fill in a questionnaire to let Nuon know our feelings about the project:   http://www.nuonrenewables.com/newsite/projects/SAPD1/airfield-farm-questions.aspx   To understand how important our support is, please look at the opposition website.  I feel I should warn you that their anger and fear is so palpable that I found this page quite unsettling the first time I opened it:   http://www.clowd.org.uk/   Sue
