not that I'm aware of, unfortunately. We too are using SQL queries and scripts. There has not been much development on TransitDataFeeder lately - we've committed a few patches, but resources are scarce. If you do find such a tool, please post a link here. Also, if you don't mind, and you do decide to use SQL, please share your scripts on this forum... we'll do the same.
