Hi,

I'm in the process of creating a interactive map for my work with
Google Maps. I was wondering if there was a post already within the
group about uploading a Transit Data Feed to your custom Google Maps.
The data is already formatted for Google but I need a little push in
the right direction on how to get started. I'm using the V3 API for my
map if that helps.

Thanks,

Ty

Trillium is happy to help with the work of creating interactive system maps from GTFS data. Here's an example of a map we created for UC Berkeley:

The TriMet interactive map is probably the gold standard in interactive transit system maps (http://maps.trimet.org/). It's powered by the OpenGeo stack. It would take a much larger budget ti implement this, but is very cool.
