transit-java 1.1.401-alpha and transit-clj 1.1.354-alpha

transit-java 1.1.401-alpha and transit-clj 1.1.354-alpha which uses the new transit-java version. The biggest change is the move from msgpack to msgpack-core. Feedback welcome, especially if you use transit with msgpack.
