How to lunch gtfs

Hi, I represent the massive transportation service of cartagena - col, I have to launch the GTFS but I don't have any knowledge about it, how can I find a step-by-step guide to complete the task?

The resources at gtfs.org, including https://gtfs.org/schedule/, are usually a good place to start.
