Open source VDV 453 and/or VDV 454 implementations

Hi,

In Germany the realtime data exchange format is called VDV 453 and VDV 454. I am looking for open source implementations of these standards for both client and server perspective to receive and contribute real-time information. At this moment I found Syntese http://www.orientation-commerce.fr/rcsmobility/synthese by RCSmobility. Is anyone aware of alternatives?
