Can Anybody give me Google Transit Database Feed For Transportation in Ahmedabad City,Gujarat,India.....??????

Please check Ahmedabad Municipal Transport Services (AMTS) website. I found some route info (not in GTFS though):

Fact that Google Maps (Get Directions feature) works for public bus service (see http://goo.gl/maps/sysb), means someone at AMTS submits schedule data to Google in GTFS format. Therefore you should contact officials at AMTS and insist that they publish schedule data in GTFS format on the website for public usage. They cannot hide such that from citizens.
