Developer API Key/Token

Hello,

I'm a student at Utah State University, and I'm doing research on the electric buses in Ogden and Salt Lake. I'm trying to interact with the API using the SIRI VM call, but I haven't been able to get any information on who or where to contact for my token. Can anyone here help me?
