After run set up of the Alexandria data

After running Alexandria file with RunSetupAll.bat, according to the 'Read me', it should have one file called RunAll.bat in the batch directory. However, I don't have that file and I try running the batch programs one at a time, it only takes seconds and told me to press enter to continue and that is all. I don't know if the whole data is completed created or not. Hope you guys can help me with this problem.
