There are actually two parts of this problem:

1. Transifex shows me as the last translator when I pull new translations
from the server.

2. Transifex changes the "Last-Translator" field in the .po file to my
name.

Here's an example:

I just pulled new translations for the following resource:
http://www.transifex.net/projects/p/torproject/resource/website-about-
overview-pot/. Notice how 'runasand' is listed as the last translator,
even though I did not push any changes to the server.

The translated .po file has my name in the "Last-Translator" field, even
though I never translated or changed that file:
https://svn.torproject.org/svn/translation/trunk/projects/website/po/ru/about/2-medium.overview.po

This happens when the resource is edited by someone. All last-updated
fields are updated to the maintainer who edited the resource.

Hi,

Transifex considers the person pushing the translation as the last one
that "edited" it. So, if no translations have taken place in the mean
time, that person will be considered as the last one editing the file in
Transifex.
For what it is worth, the user in the Last-Translator field could be
unknown to Transifex or even invalid.
