When a watch e-mail is sent to a watch it should include some kind of
statistics in the message. As it stands now there's no way to get the
information other than visiting the webpage and have a look.

At the bottom of [wiki:Development/Design/repowatch#Discussion the
repowatch design page] this type of file information is mentioned and
either one of them would do. My favorite is the first one that states the
actual state of the file in strings.

problem with getting e-mails for 100% translated files we be minor if the
user watching the file then would know that the file is already done.'')
