Right now the notification I receive when some of the coordinators makes a
change in a team is not very descriptive. Because Mike and I like the keep
an eye on the changes made in the teams, it would be very nice if the
mailed notification contains a bit more information, something like what
trac or bugzilla does maybe.

I believe including what has changed in the email itself shouldn't be very
hard.

But having a full history on the site will require using some of the
projects diego mentioned, which probably requires quite some work, UI, and
lots of testing.
