This issue will most likely expand a bit more as more ideas come to mind.
The objective is to have reporting capabilities on a per
collection/project basis to provide project managers and genera users with
statistical information about the progress of their translations. Some
possible scenarios could be:

* How many translations (commits/uploads?) have happens in the last n
days?
* How many strings have been translated in the last n days?
* What languages are most active?
* What users are most active?
* Comparison of languages against the project/collection total strings.
Who's getting close to 100%?

Adding a refined version of the concept as requested by glezos:
* Create 'Project Activity' page showing a log of all last actions with
filters to show who committed when, and what has changed in the commit.
* Activity reports for a project for the past day, week, month, year.
Show the number of commits, number of languages.
* Activity reports for a user. Show the projects hes active in, number of
commits (and untranslated strings?) per month
* Show top 20 translators for the whole Transifex instance, as well as
the top 5 for a project
