Transifex-client 0.6 released

Today we release the version 0.6 of the Transifex client.
This version requires Transifex 1.2, which will be deployed at
Transifex.net in the next couple of days. Until then, a couple of
things (like tx set --auto-remote) will not work against
Transifex.net. As a result, packagers are advised to release the
updated packages on Thursday or, at least, warn the users of the
situation.
The new version brings a couple of new features, like adding support
to delete translations from the command-line and adding support to
download only translations that are completed above a user-specified
percentage. Additionally, a lot of unnecessary API calls were removed.
As a result, the client is now faster. You can read more on what is
