Transifex-client 0.6.1 version released

Hi all,

We have just released the 0.6.1 version of the client. The new version
is a minor update, since it contains only a couple of bug fixes.:

- Avoid using double dots for the extension of the files, when using
tx set --auto-resource.
- Fix the instructions in the delete command.
- Fix an issue with some options, which were recognized only when they
were set in the [main] section of the .tx/config file.
