Client version 0.8 released

Hi all,

A new version of the client has just been released, version 0.8. You
can find it at
https://github.com/transifex/transifex-client/tarball/0.8.

The most notable changes in this release are:

- The client now downloads compressed versions of the translation
files from Transifex. This results in less network traffic and
faster downloads.
- The client will offer to migrate the user's .transfiexrc file to use
the new domain (www.transifex.com) and a secure connection (the
HTTPS protocol).
- Set a timeout of 5 minutes for network connections, so that the
client will not block indefinitely in case of network errors.
