Brilliant idea! 

Someone did an igloo with ice one year and it was amazingly helpful.

Some ideas:

1. Include a few bags of ice per person in the ticket price.

2. Give out vouchers for the ice at entry (VGirl -or whoever chairs- will love the idea of having more to do).

3. Run Ice distribution as a new volunteer group.

Transformus is trying a couple of new items this year. One of them being ice sales. A large reason is public safety. As Transformus has grown, it's getting harder to keep safe. The food stores of our longer term volunteers, teams, and theme camps.?
How would you, the community, like this done?

  we've been doing that in florida for a year or so and it works well.
especially now that we're up to three days and do not allow trips to the
store.  our ice booth is run by volunteers for limited hours, (10 - 2?).
  a local company delivers bags of ice.  i think we own the freezer, but
maybe that can be supplied by the vendor.
