Greetings fellow Mysterians.

As you may have noticed (or not) lately, Transformus is undergoing
some
radical changes.
One of the biggest of the changes will be the formation of a "Planning
Committee".

The reason for the Planning Committee is mainly to take the burder of
planning the entire event off the Board Of Directors and place it into
the
hands of a another group who has the sole purpose of organizing the
physical
event each year, therefore leaving the legal and financial duties to
the
BOD.

As everyone knows we would love full community support for this, but
as we
all know FULL community support is not possible, but we can damn sure
try
and get everyone interested to help us plan this change over. So, if
you are
a Transformus attendee and want a hand in one of the biggest decisions
we
have faced in a long while, please join this Google Group and help us!

FYI TO ALL
We are moving a lot of our discussions and planning to Google.com, the
main
reason for this is it makes it very easy for us to track and record
all
actions due to their "Office" style applications. I suggest everyone
get a
google account if you don't already have one, as 99.9% of all planning
will
be done via the Transformus.com Google Account.

Look for a new Mountain Holler out soon, due to Burning Man happening
this
week we are running a little behind.

And lastly, community involvement is the #1 key to Transformus being
held
and Mysteria being built every year, but please remember that planning
is a
year round activity, so we want to know who of you getting this wants
to
participate during the off time and how you think you fit in best,
