With a nod from the BOD and the landowners decision pending, BuBba
JoHn, Jenn, and Bacon Camp have arranged for ice at Transformus 2008.

An ice trailer will be available on Saturday morning between the hours
of 9am and Noon. The ice trailer will be parked at the turnaround at
the Deerfields gate. We will be doing pre-sales of ice from now until
Tuesday Noon, July 15th. There will be NO ICE SALES at the ice trailer
on Saturday morning so it's best to purchase your ice in advance.

All proceeds from the sales of the ice will be donated to the Toys for
Tots program in the local Deerfield's community of Mills River.

Advance ice sales are $3.00 per 10 lb bag.
To order your ice, please send a PayPal of $3.00 per 10 pound bag to

As a double check, please include a note how many bags of ice you are
ordering.

If anyone would like to make a direct donation to the Toys for Tots
program in Mills River you can use the same PayPal account. Please
include a note indicating you would like to make a direct donation.

We are hoping to get some good publicity after doing our civic duty to
the local Mills River community.

Print out your PayPal receipt and bring it with you on Saturday
morning
when you pick up your ice. You MUST produce your PayPal receipt to
pick
up your ice as we will match you to our PayPal history list.

costs:
$125 ice trailer (holds 300 bags and doesn't need a generator for 1
day
of use)
$50 round trip delivery
$480 ice (300 bags @ $1.60 per 10 lb bag)
total $655

sales: $3.00 per bag x 300 = $900
profit: $900 - $655 = $345 (to be donated to Mills River Toys for
Tots)
