Hello,

TransDecoder is a great tool, I used it for my re-annotation task.
Is there a way to cite it right now?

Thanks!

Rui

Hi,

Glad to hear you like it!   For now, we recommend citing the github URL.   Hopefully later this year we'll have a proper manuscript for it to cite.

best,

~brian

This is really a user friendly and updated nice tool for adding CDS information.

Will this be a correct citation? I'm not sure about which year should I put there.

"Brian, H., & Papanicolaou, A. (n.d.). Transdecoder (Find Coding Regions Within Transcripts). Retrieved from http://transdecoder.github.io"
