Keeping all the overlapping and nested ORFs

Hello,

I would like to use TransDecoder and would like to keep all the predicted ORFs which are inside the longest ORFs and also which are partially overlapping, is there a way to get all ORFs at TransDecoder.Predict and also the frame information of predicted ORFs?
