Banofee pie
Ingredients
Base
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
125g butter
Filling
2 cans condensed milk
2 big bananas
1 bottle of cream
Directions
Place tins of condensed milk in a saucepan, completely covered with water, on a high temperature for about 3 hours.
Keep topping up the water to ensure the tins are always covered with water
Put flour, sugar and coconut in a bowl.
Melt butter and add to mixture
Spread into tin
Bake for 10mins at 180 degrees or until golden.
Run cold water over the tins to cool
Spread the caramel over the base
Add cut banana
Whip the cream into stiff peaks and layer on top
Offer to Krishna and enjoy!
